My reasons for wanting to be an actor are very personal. I was pretty shy growing up and would say I am still an introvert. I was always very creative but had extreme stage fright when it came to expressing myself in front of others. I remember seeing “BIG: The Musical” when I was a child, and I was astounded with how brave and profound the actors were. I thought if I too could just be as courageous and daring and vulnerable as these individuals, I would be a better person, my best person.
